Mellow mushroom-Foley,AL

I love pizza! Pizza is something that I miss dearly.  Pizza just is not the same without cheese. The mellow mushroom is a fun family pizza chain that I feel safe to eat at.  There regular crust is vegan and they offer Daiya cheese. Just ask with no parmesean cheese or garlic butter.  They also have a gluten free crust for those with a gluten allergy. I am not sure if the gluten free crust is dairy free or vegan as well.  I asked for a clean cutter and she said they do that anyways! So glad we have a safe place to eat pizza! Oh, and it's delicious too. Foley is worth the drive from Gulf Shores, orange beach,  and ft. Morgan. Mellow mushroom is a little bit expensive but its worth feeling safe, and I always have leftovers.

Tacky Jacks 2-fort morgan alabama

We went to tacky Jacks 2 and it was a treat! I got the ribeye steak, and so happy I did. There was no sides I felt comfortable with.  They made my steak on the grill and not the flat top, because they use margarine on the flat top.
They accidentally put fries on my steak. The server checked and the fries only had egg ingredients.  So I could eat the fries!!!The steak was cooked to order and delicious.

Hatfield vs McCoy's- pigeon forge

This is another dinner show that I didn't think I could go to.  I called to see if they had a allergy menu and they did! They added my milk allergy to the reservation. The dinner show was all you can eat. The pork was so good. The show was funny and was nice to be with my family and enjoy a normal thing like a normal person. Our server was great.  I had to wait on a few food items to get refilled because mine was made seperate, but that was totally fine. Overall,  worth the money!

Dixie Stampede-pigeon forge

We had planned a small family vacation to pigeon forge. My family had scheduled us to go to the Dixie stampede.  I told them I didn't want to go because it was a waist of money for me to go and not eat.  I called before we canceled and found out they have a allergy menu! I was so excited.  We had it on our reservation that I was allergic to dairy, and informed the server that I'm the one with the allergy when we arrived. She was amazing! The kitchen and the waitress took care of my food.  I even got a dessert! The food was delicious and the show was so much fun.  It was so worth the money because I could actually eat and enjoy my time with my family.

Black-eyed pea hendersonville Tennessee

We went to visit Nashville, TN for the day. After going to antique archeologies second location we were tired and hungry. My brother and I wanted something different than we could get at home.  We saw the Nolan Ryan restaurant and had to go.  I am always nervous about trying a new restaurant. I was able to get a steak with no butter, plain and a potato. It was delicious.  It wasn't very expensive. Great deal and I felt safe.

disney world

I went to Disney again! I love that place! who doesn't? I honestly did not run into any problems this trip at all! some of my advice
1. have reservations and let them know you have any type of allergy you have. it will take a little time
   a. the chef is required to come take your order.

2. if going to a quick service expect a delay. try to go during an off time.
    a. the manager is required to come out and take your order. they are then required to make your order and bring it to you. how amazing is that?

3. there is now allergy friendly snacks all over the park!!! ask at a food kiosk ask them for the allergy/ ingredients book. they show all the food they are serving

4. just enjoy your time! this is a place you don't have to worry about getting sick! one vacation worry free!!!
