This is a restaurant we do not frequent. I have been there one time before in my adult life other than this last visit. I asked our waiter for an allergy menu and I believe a manager type of person came over to talk to me. She was so very kind to me. She explained to me there was no allergy menu but I could choose a few things off the menu and she would check the ingredients. I explained to her that casienate and carmel coloring are also milk products and they bother me as well so to please look for those in the ingredients. I ended up ordering a burger which they make fresh I believe there they did not seem to be frozen. I got it without a bun because I did not want to take my chances! They cooked the burger on a whole different thing than on the flat top so I did not get butter into my burger. I got the mushroom swiss burger without the swiss. They cooked the mushrooms for me without any butter or sauces just grilled them which was nice. The burger was good so were the mushrooms. For a side I got fruit salad which they get fruit and cut it up! The portion size was pretty small on the fruit salad it was gone before I remembered to take a picture, in just a few bites! It was small portions but they were kind to me. I was too afraid to try anything else though.

Buca Di Beppo
My Rating:★★★☆☆
I have not been here since I have found out that I was allergic to dairy, and I would always get Alfredo so was a bit hesitant to go. I first went in and asked if there was a allergy menu to our waitress. She came back in a few minutes later said they had nothing like that but I could ask for certain things and she could check. The manager came out and kept telling me that things had egg in it. I kept explaining to him that I was ok with egg, just not milk or anything with milk in it like butter or cheese. He brought up egg again when explaining the noodles. He did not seem to be too sure on things. I found out they put Parmesan cheese in the meat balls, so could not get that. They make the meat sauce a bit different and without milk products of what they told me. If someone is highly allergic to the point of having anaphylactic shock to something I would be afraid to go there. The manager mentioned a gluten free menu. He also tried to get me to buy the chicken. I ended up going with spaghetti with meat sauce. I brought my own earth balance butter and was able to have bread so I was happy about that. Overall I would give them 3 stars because the food was good, they were kind to me, but overall they had no idea about dairy allergies and did not have any type of list for allergens. The portions are huge and they have a 10$ off 2 meals or 20$ coupon so it is an inexpensive place to eat!
Edit: I got sick after eating this that evening and for lunch the next day either the meat was bad or there was milk in the food I can not be sure of which so I would be careful if going to buca

Panda Express
My Rating:★★★☆☆
I was a bit cautious about panda express because it seems that teryaki does not sit well with me if it has Carmel coloring in it. There was no allergy menu at the store that anyone knew of....Well, I was able to talk to the chef and they do not use butter to make there fried rice so that was good to hear. Also they said they make all the sauces there and mostly its a large amount of salt type of sauces. I was able to eat the mandarin chicken, fried rice, and chicken and mushrooms with no problems. I believe that the breaded items have milk in them, so if your allergic to milk I would stay away from those items like orange chicken and egg rolls. If you are highly allergic to milk I would try to find a menu before going into there, but it seems they use all fresh ingredients and make there sauces there. Over all I really enjoyed it and glad I found another place I could enjoy without having problems! They were all so friendly and nice to me about having an allergy!
