O'Charley's

I have not eaten at this establishment since becoming aware of my allergy. I was very hungry today when we went in, well overly hungry and that makes me very nervous. If I'm not overly starving I can always pick up subway on the way home from a restaurant if they do not have a allergy menu.  O'Charley's actually has a allergy menu. They had one printed off at the restaurant like this one at my location.

I had a hard time deciding what to eat because the dairy allergy menu items were few and far between, and I did not want a salad. I also did not want to pay 20$ for a steak not knowing the quality of it and maybe waisting my money.

I ended up with a burger and the chips, there really wasn't many other choices.

The waitress was very kind to me and I explained to her that no butter, margarine, sauces, or sprays could be used when cooking the hamburger and she made sure they didn't. The burger looked and tasted great. I felt like they knew what they were doing, but there just was not very many choices for a allergy.

Disney world liberty tree tavern

We've never been to this restaurant, but I had read online that they were good with allergies. They had the chef come out immediately and talked to me about the menu. He explained things over and let me ask as many questions as I wanted without me feeling as if I was being a hassle The rolls were amazing! He made me my own plate with dairy free mashed potatoes, gravy, and the veggies. They treated me awesome and they also gave me a sorbet for desert! great experience

                                                    

Royal plaza hotel Disney

This place had only one poor lady working. They did not have a allergy menu so ended up with a burger with no bun. They upcharged me 2$ for fruit. Not really allergy friendly at all. They also charged a service charge at the end of the meal and we had to eat in the bar. I would only recommend this if its absolutely necessary. I was under the impression that this hotel was owned by Disney, I had only 1 problem at any of the Disney restaurants we went to on our entire trip. If this is truly a Disney property they need to get there act together!

Applebees

We went to applebee's tonight. We really enjoyed it. I was informed that they put there allergies into the computer so everyone knows.I was really surprised how well they treated me with the allergy. They do have a really good allergy menu. I ended up with a new York strip, fruit and applesauce.

Weber Grill

We went to the restaurant on a Friday night and I was a bit nervous because generally during busy times they mess up with allergy things, and its not top priority, but at Weber grill I felt like I was there top priority. I researched Weber grill before hand and only could find a gluten free menu, which is not what I really anything pertaining to me. I asked the hostess if they had a allergy menu, and she explained to me that the waiter would be able to talk to the chef's. We sat down and I explained to him that I was allergic to milk and dairy products. I also explained carmel coloring gets me sick as well. He then went to the back for 5 minutes and found out that I could have any of the BBQ sauces.

The manager and chef brought my food out to me separate and made sure that I was the one with the allergy and told me there was no dairy. That was over and beyond my expectations of this restaurant. My friend and I split the pick 3 meal. We got 2 chicken and BBQ ribs. It was nice being able to eat BBQ! They actually brought all the food split up for us so that was really nice!
The food was a bit too smokey for me but most people enjoy smoked flavor. We also ordered a kabob which was really good, and had a variety of different veggies. Overall the restaurant was really good, a bit overpriced but overall good and really great service. The waiter was not able to answer me if I could eat the rolls or not so I am not sure if they are dairy free. I was able to find a gluten free menu but not a allergy menu online.

Olive Garden

Olive garden seems to have some inexpensive deals so mom and I decided to try there for lunch. I asked our waitress if there was a allergy menu and she gave me an attitude. I was a bit frustrated at that point and not going to eat. A few minutes later she came back out with a menu said they had just put it out a few days before and gave me the print off of allergies. The waitress brought out the salad and told us that the salad dressing has cheese in it. I would have had no idea that there dressing had milk products. The allergy menu said that I could have the bread sticks. I asked her about the ingredients and they put a butterish type thing on them. She was able to make some bread sticks without anything on them at all. I was also able to order the all you can eat pasta with meat sauce. I got the healthier of the pastas with whole grain pasta. Over all the food was delish! The waitress was good after giving attitude at the beginning and it was nice of her to make me bread sticks without anything on them!
